This site was set up by the Todd Estates-Newark Oaks Civic Association also known as TENO. The community includes over 700 homes and is composed of Todd Estates I, Todd Estates II and Newark Oaks and is served by the Christina School District. Council members of New Castle County District 5

We now have a Facebook group just for our Todd Estates 1 and 2 and our Newark Oaks residents! Please be sure to answer the membership questions asked at signup. We hope to get most of our residents to join and answering these questions help us keep track of how we are doing as well as ensures we are limiting membership to residents only. If the questions aren't answered your membership will be auto declined. Feel free to start a conversation about anything you'd like, ask a question, share something funny, the only rule is that you be respectful, kind and considerate! Let's get social!

Dues
- Dues are $20/year and are payable January 1st.
Sometime after January 1st you will receive a reminder in the mail and an addressed envelope which can be used to mail your dues.
*2023/2024 update* no envelopes were mailed due to decline in dues. (Mailings are expensive!) **
Please remit your dues using any of the following methods:
- Mail check to the PO Box below
- Drop check in Treasurer- Sharon's mailbox 49 Donaldson
- Contact our Secretary Lindsey Varites to arrange a payment
